Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled paralegal to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients while collaborating with attorneys to deliver tailored estate planning solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the estate planning process with expertise, empathy, and top-tier communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the estate planning process.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Field face-to-face meetings including design, drafting, and closing.
  • Draft estate planning and administration documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle client and financial institution calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively manage workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including data management and binder preparation.
