Responsibilities Assists with project set up within PowerPlan. Assists in the annual budgeting process for O&M and Capital. Queries the Oracle and PowerPlan databases and utilizes the output to update various Excel spreadsheets. Prepares various monthly and quarterly reports with actual, budget, forecast data for supported businesses. Assists with monthly accounting journal entries, including accrual and other journal entries, within the Oracle Financial system. Performs other duties as directed and assigned by Manager/Budget Analysts. Qualifications Completed sophomore year of undergraduate studies with declared major in accounting, finance, business or related degree. Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, especially proficient with the use of Excel. Must be able to demonstrate excellent examples of attention to detail as well as organizational and analytical skills. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP preferred but not required. Above average interpersonal written/oral communication skills required. Minimum 3.00 GPA
