We’re a dynamic company seeking a dynamic Strategic Human Resources Manager/Senior HR Business Partner who will serve as a true business partner for a business area in our Intelligence and Security sector. The position is a direct report to a Human Resources Director. The opportunity is located in one of our regional offices. The position requires some travel to customer and company sites. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong partnerships with business leaders, diagnosing inhibitors to engagement and retention and managing employee engagement, building trusting relationships, compensation, coaching, recognition, employee development, performance management and employee relations. Job responsibilities includes:Manage and develop HR Business PartnersProactively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risksManage complex and difficult HR projects Develop and manage strategic relationship with business unit leadersProvide proactive employee relations, manager coaching, and partner with assigned managers to create a culture that supports business growth and alignmentCollaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) and all elements of the HR delivery model to ensure the delivery of world class HR services and programsResponsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for the following areas: succession planning, talent management, employee engagement and development, employee relations, compensation, EEO, performance management, coaching, and trainingPartner with assigned managers and direct reports to identify top talent and succession candidates and provide support to the Management Readiness Review planning process at the business unit level Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experienceMust have minimum 10 years of progressive HR related work experienceExperience managing and developing direct reportsSolid employee relations experience Exceptional business acumen experienceCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyProven ability to influence leaders at various levelsDemonstrated project management and change management skillsProficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and ExcelService Contract Act experienceAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of responsibilitiesAnalytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage through ambiguity Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance ( Citizenship is required)Ability to travel when neededPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills MBA or other advanced degree with concentration in Human Resource Management or related fieldActive DoD security clearance minimum SecretExperience working within shared services HR delivery modelLabor relations experienceDefense Industry experienceGlobal MobilityCertified by HRCI as PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCPPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
