Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Implementation Engineer I, you will be a part of a growing team of talented engineers responsible for implementing and supporting Alkami’s complex enterprise banking software solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. As an experienced engineer, you will help to define processes and procedures while mentoring junior level engineers. Candidates will help to drive key company initiatives focused on efficiency and scalability.  Key Responsibilities & Duties: Provide product specific technical expertise and leadership Integrate with 3rd party vendors including proprietary Credit Union and Bank host systems in a .NET environment with a SQL back-end Install, configure, customize and resolve all technical issues related to new Alkami Digital Banking implementations Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues Ability to solve most high level problems independently Assist in mentoring junior level team members Go-to person for a wide range of problem complexities and areas Qualifications: 4+ years T-SQL, Postgres or relevant RDB experience 3+ years general development experience (i.e. C#, Java, Python, JavaScript) 2+ years .NET Framework, C# 2+ years ASP.NET MVC 5 Strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completion Experience collaborating with both internal and client-facing technical resources Proven ability communicating challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders Desired Skills: Powershell or other scripting language experience Experience implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability Experience implementing and troubleshooting SSO’s Desire to continually learn and keep up-to-date with technologies Comfortable suggesting ways to incorporate new products and policies to help enhance efficiency and productivity  Experience working with financial or healthcare software products Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company : Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
