Scheduled workdays are Monday thru Friday, 1st shift - 5:00am - 3:30pm Benefits offered:Offering up to $25.89/hr.Benefits eligibility after 90 days.Quarterly Incentive Bonus. Experience/Certification Required: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models in fan line work center and Hemi fan work center.Perform all fabricating operations according to company methods, safety, quality, and quantity standards.Properly complete all required paperworkAssure parts meet quality standards and count is accurate on all cartoning jobsSetup assigned jobs as requiredMove parts or loads into and out of work station as requiredKeep work area neat and orderly Like all VAL-CO employees, the conduct of this position must be consistent with good character and must be reflective of our company's published core values. Requirements: Able to read, do basic math and complete all required paperwork properly.Able to accurately count parts and follow job proceduresGood dexterity to perform assembly operationsQuality and safety consciousValid forklift license Essential Job FunctionsMust be able to turn laterally 90 degrees to right and left up to 200 times per hour for 8 hour shift.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs to shoulder height Must be able to stand for 8 hour shiftMust be able to carry up to 40 lbs up to 6' distance up to 100 times per hour for 8 hour shiftMust be able to legibly complete all necessary paperworkMust be able to align two parts and assemble with bolt, lockwasher and nut to meet quality and quantity standardsMust be able to use appropriate hand tools, writing utensils and measuring devices required to meet quality, safety and quantity standards Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort Term Disability InsuranceLong Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) Company MatchGenerous Vacation ScheduleQuarterly Incentive Bonus **EOE Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Protected Veteran/Disability Status**
