Then VALCO is the company for you*COMPETITIVE WAGES; STARTING PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE*GENEROUS PTO UPON COMPLETION OF 90-DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD* MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION AND MORE AFTER 90-DAYSResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate assembly resources (labor, machines, work stations, etc.) to efficiently meet work demands and customer ordersPlan and distribute job assignmentsCommunicate with other departments to assure parts are delivered timely and to proper work stationOversee quality and safety standards within departmentTrain and instruct employees on assigned jobs and proper work practice including good housekeepingHelp pick parts and set up jobsMove finished parts to proper storage areaInitiate new methods, tools or setup procedures to increase productivity in departmentLike all VAL-CO employees, the conduct of this position must be consistent with good character and must be reflective of our company's published core values. Requirements:Must be a team leaderMust be able to work in a fast paced, hands-on work environmentMust be able to develop and work well with teamAbility to plan ahead and adapt to changes quicklyAble to instruct and direct employees competentlyGood at analyzing problems and achieving satisfactory resutlsBe able to operate a forkliftComputer literate**EOE Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Protected Veteran/Disability Status**
