As a Head Teller, you will assist in the supervision of staff in the daily processing and workflow. Ensures branch and customer satisfaction through accurate, courteous, and timely service in the verification and processing of deposits and fulfillment of change orders. Responsibilities also include internal department certifications as well as assisting with ensuring regulatory and audit compliance.Hours:  Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)  Compensation: The hourly pay range for this role is $17.50 - $24.00/hr; commensurate with experience.The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.Required Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent (required)Associate's degree or higher with emphasis in Business (Preferred)2 years' teller experience in bank operationsGeneral knowledge of general ledger accounts, deposit processing and operation reports in helpfulStrong Cash handling skills with demonstrated accuracyGood written and verbal communicationGood interpersonal skillsAble to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingGood customer relationsStrong mathematical skillsAttention to detail, sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential informationAble to use 10 key adding machine by touchProficient use of PC word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Work and ExcelBenefits:  We proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
