The Quality Analyst – Scheduling and HIM is a crucial position focused on maintaining and improving the Orders Lifecycle's quality, compliance, and service expectations. This role involves diverse responsibilities to ensure that all aspects of Orders Lifecycle meet or exceed established standards. The primary goal is to identify areas to be improved and work towards enhancing the overall quality, ensuring participant satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards. Position reports into the Executive Director of Participant Experience.

Conduct Detailed Statistical Analysis of the Orders Lifecycle and associated reporting and audits - 40%

Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality. Produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements. Analyzes Statistical Data: Interpret data from various sources to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement in processes and quality.

Perform Regular Quality Assurance Audits of the Orders Lifecycle - 30%

Ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance. Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to products and processes. Perform Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct and evaluate regular audits related to the orders lifecycle.

Develop and Maintain Quality Standards of the Orders Lifecycle - 30%

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update quality procedures. Create and Maintain Documentation: Properly document in the EMR and ensure reporting is validated. Directly correct issues in the EMR as they arise and/or escalated to appropriate stakeholders(leadership, IT, compliance, etc) for support and execution. Data Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor data regarding quality and process efficiency. Report findings to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making. Make Recommendations for improvement to leadership: Identify issues and recommend solutions to rectify them promptly and efficiently. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure processes, workflows and results comply with state and federal regulatory requirements, staying updated on relevant regulations and implementing necessary changes.

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field. 3+ yrs work experience in quality assurance/performance improvement in a healthcare organization. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying minor issues that could escalate if unaddressed. Communication Skills: Both verbal and written skills to effectively share findings and recommendations. Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and proposing practical solutions Technical Proficiency: Competence in using relevant software and tools for quality analysis.

PREFERRED

Masters degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification or similar recognized industry certification for quality and continuous improvement. 1+ yr working in quality assurance/performance improvement capacity in a PACE organization. Salary Range Minimum
