Position: Quality & Business Analyst

Location: Fully Remote - less than 10% travel

Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire

Compenstaion: $85-95k + bonus

SUMMARY:

We are a Denver-based software consulting firm focused on delivering solutions for Associations, Trade, and Credentialing Organizations. We have an immediate career opportunity for a Quality and business Analyst (QBA). The QBA is responsible for maintaining, evolving, and executing a standardized process for all projects. The QBA is the primary Voice of the Customer on projects and within sustaining, both representing and assuring quality.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work closely with clients, to understand their business needs in order to create project test plans with the appropriate level of detail for the size, complexity and budget of projects.
  • Act as the primary Voice of the Client within projects. Be a power user of the application, and understand how to drive the application, from the Client's perspective.
  • Develop and apply a deep understanding of the Client's business rules and processes, in order to ensure the quality of our product.
  • Work closely with developers to define clear expectations for each deliverable.
  • Expand development user stories into clear Client expectations and test procedures.
  • Primary owner of product quality on new development projects.
  • Collaborate with developers on issue resolution.

SKILLS

  • Experience working with NetForum based Association or Credentialing Management databases.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good to know: SQL, HTML, JavaScript
