Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Pay Rate: $22 - $24 /hr DOE Shift: Monday through Friday; Business HoursExperience: 3+ Years We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our client's  production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding components using various welding processes to produce high-quality manufactured goods that meet specifications and deadlines.Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Key Responsibilities:Specialized Aluminum Welding: Perform expert welding using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and/or Metal Inert Gas (MIG) processes specifically on aluminum materials.Fabrication and Fit-Up: Measure, cut, and prepare aluminum materials to specified dimensions, ensuring proper fit-up and alignment of components prior to the welding process.Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine the specific welding requirements and procedures for aluminum assemblies.Quality Assurance: Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet stringent quality standards for aluminum and pass required quality control checks.Equipment Maintenance: Operate and perform routine maintenance on specialized aluminum welding equipment and tools, following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:Proven Aluminum Welding Experience: Demonstrated, focused experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong emphasis on aluminum welding and fabrication.Process Proficiency: High proficiency and/or certification in TIG and/or MIG welding processes when applied to aluminum.Detail and Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, structurally sound aluminum work.Safety and Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and strictly adhere to all company and industry safety guidelines.Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and report issues with welding equipment that require repair.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayCompany Overview:Work with a Staffing Firm that works for you PrideStaff can offer you a wide-range of rewarding career options.
