Overview Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in partnership with American Residential Services is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,+ team members and over 45 years of experience.What We Offer:Insurance access after 31 days of employmentLow-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week)Dental and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payCompany-paid life insuranceTake-home company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance plan Responsibilities What You’ll Do:Supervise and delegate Schedulers, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting weekly staff meetings, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.Backup Schedulers as needed when short staffedAssist Sales Manager Maintain daily sales reportsResponsible for achieving planned AOR lead goalsAttend Manager and Corporate meetings as neededAdditional Duties as assigned Qualifications What You’ll Bring:Must be dependable and organizedMust be able to multitaskMust be able to delegateMust be able to manage with a positive attitude Must be able to prioritize duties based on departments needsNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
