With 45+ years of experience, we proudly deliver top-quality service to customers every day.This role will require regular travel to support sales initiatives throughout the Northeast, from Boston through to the Carolinas.What We Offer:Insurance access after 31 days of employmentLow-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week)Dental and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payCompany-paid life insuranceTake-home company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance planResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Motivate, train, and lead a team of Comfort Advisors to meet or exceed sales goalsDrive revenue growth and conversion performance for residential and light commercial HVAC salesAct as a technical resource, training the team on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC options, and best practicesCollaborate with multiple departments to troubleshoot challenges and ensure sales targets are metHire, develop, and guide sales advisors toward continuous improvementLead weekly sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching on strategies, competitive positioning, and selling skillsPresent accurate reports and performance updates to senior managementQualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 5 years of in-home sales management experience (HVAC industry preferred)Deep understanding of HVAC products, services, system design, and installationsExperience as an HVAC technician or system designer (a plus)Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesHighly metric- and goal-driven mindset, with a focus on measurable successProficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plusStrong math skills, including basic geometry and calculationsExcellent work ethic, discipline, and a strong desire to lead a winning teamNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
