Join us and become a vital part of our success story as we continue to transform lives and 'Spread the Smile. Summary The Enablement Manager is a high-impact individual contributor focused on improving agent performance and partner engagement through strategic enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for the execution and support of training, onboarding, and agent-facing resources that help drive activation, retention, and growth across key distribution channels. The Enablement Manager works closely with Sales and Agent Support to ensure that enablement programs are aligned with field needs and contribute to overall sales goals.  Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and Agent Support to assess field enablement needs and identify opportunities for training, support, and performance improvement. Create and maintain onboarding materials, job aids, email templates, and sales enablement resources tailored to agent lifecycle stages. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, webinars, and resource rollouts in alignment with product launches and seasonal sales cycles. Monitor feedback from agents, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the agent experience. Support ongoing enablement programs, including engagement campaigns, milestone communications, and performance incentives. Partner with the Sales Ops team to review agent activation data and identify high-impact intervention points. Contribute to enablement communications, including playbooks, toolkits, and training updates for internal and external audiences. Assist with special projects related to new product rollout, sales training, and agent support. Report to the VP of Growth and operate as an execution-focused resource across sales enablement functions.  Qualifications 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields. Strong understanding of the agent lifecycle, sales process, and channel partner dynamics. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop training content and deliver resources in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently, and align with shifting priorities. Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or other enablement platforms is a plus. NCD Benefits Company-paid health, dental, life, and disability insurance. 401(k) with employer match Opportunities for professional development.  Work-from-home allowance and support. A collaborative and high-performance work environment. Check us out on Glassdoor PI76ef9bd50824-30511-39039397
