Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in southern Mississppi. In this role, you will be the face of Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast, building relationships with potential clients and helping them transform their bathrooms into beautiful and safe spaces.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers using a 10-step sales methodBuild rapport and establish trust with clients to drive sales and close dealsEducate clients on the features and benefits of Luxury Bath products through a presentation and demonstrationAchieve or exceed sales goals and KPIsFollow up on leads provided by the company and generate additional prospects through networking and referralsCollaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceQualifications:Proven experience in outside sales or a similar roleSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeedAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentReliable transportation and willingness to travel within your designated territoryBasic computer skills for managing appointment and sales informationPreferred Skills:Experience in home remodeling sales or bath remodeling salesKnowledge of the acrylic bath industryFamiliarity with structured sales methodsBenefits:Competitive commission structure with earning potential of $100,000+ annuallyComprehensive training program to ensure your successAccess to qualified leads and marketing supportOpportunity for career growth with a rapidly growing company
