The ideal candidate will have a strong background inaffordable housing programs, includingSection 8, HUD, and LIHTC leasing, and a proven track record of success in property management. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with residents, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player who values excellent customer service and takes pride in creating a welcoming community atmosphere. Responsibilities: Handle all leasing activities, including tours, move-ins, renewals, and marketing efforts Process applications and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements (HUD, Section 8, LIHTC) Maintain accurate resident files and complete required documentation in a timely manner Assist with resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and compliance goals Ensure the property is presented professionally and meets high community standards Experience Required for Your SuccessQualifications: At least a year of experience inproperty management or leasing Experience working withSection 8, HUD, and LIHTCprograms required Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (One Sitepreferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us: Competitive hourly rate of$24.50/hour Full-time, steady schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00) Opportunity to work in a large, well-maintained community Supportive management team and opportunities for professional growth About Wingate Companies: Wingate Companies is an award-winning property management firm with a proud history of providing quality housing and exceptional service.
