This is a pivotal role responsible for designing, implementing, and owning the agency's global new business infrastructure and pipeline management systems, driving significant, measurable revenue impact. You'll be the architect of our growth strategy, taking the agency to new heights globally.  If you're a proactive, curious, entrepreneurial leader and builder with a proven track record in B2B growth within a professional services or agency environment, and you thrive on building efficient, data-driven systems, we want to hear from you In this role, you will: Build Foundational Tech Stack: Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of a centralized, enterprise-ready CRM and a marketing automation platform  Ensure Data & Forecasting Integrity: Establish and enforce global pipeline management and CRM data hygiene standards to ensure reliable pipeline visibility and a single source of truth for all new business activities Institutionalize the Lead Nurture Model: Design and deploy a Scaled, Standardized Lead Nurture Program to sequence outreach, accelerate pipeline velocity, and maximize the value of content assets in addition to defining and tracking MQLs and SQLs Establish Clear Metrics: Define and track OKRs and KPIs for lead qualification, conversion rates, and win rates to drive tangible revenue growth Manage New Business Intelligence data: Forecast and track new business pipeline and activity against objectives, providing clear visibility across teams and offices Lead Growth Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standardized processes across the new business pipeline, from lead qualification to conversion, ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets Drive Market Intelligence & Targeting: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to pinpoint new growth opportunities and strategically position the agency  Integrate New Technologies: Identify and integrate new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance new business and pitch efficiency, volume, and lead nurturing efforts Partner on Agency Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on the planning and optimization of agency-wide online and offline marketing efforts (content, SEO, SEM, events, social, email) to proactively generate qualified leads, focusing on lower-funnel conversion Qualifications 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in growth, business development, or performance marketing within a B2B professional services or agency environment Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth and improving win rates through process optimization and enablement Deep, hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level CRM and marketing automation infrastructure from the ground up, specifically to support scalable lead nurture and management Proficiency in strategic targeting, customer segmentation, and buyer persona development, with experience leveraging market data to identify high-value opportunities Demonstrated ability to drive the implementation and optimization of new business processes, including pitch management and the strategic integration of technology like AI. Strong background in growth analytics, KPI establishment, ROI measurement, and MQL-to-Revenue Attribution Modeling, with the ability to build dashboards and derive actionable insights  Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level vision into concrete, actionable plans and measurable outcomes Highly analytical, with advanced proficiency in data analysis, attribution modeling, and forecasting to drive data-driven decision-making Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building consensus across all levels of an organization A natural problem-solver with strong project management abilities and a relentless focus on process optimization and operational efficiency A leader adept at cross-functional collaboration, capable of building strong relationships and fostering alignment with marketing, account management, and other internal stakeholders A proactive, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging new technologies for growth Possessing a deep understanding of the current marketing and communications landscape, you're a natural connector and relationship builder   This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future growth of our agency.
