Job Title: Life Enrichment AssistantLocation: The Iris Senior Living Schedule: (32 hours per week)Pay: $15.00/hour About the Role:At The Iris Senior Living, we believe life should be full of joy, purpose, and connection.We’re looking for a creative and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help bring fun, meaningful, and engaging activities to our residents.This role is perfect for someone who loves planning events, building relationships, and spreading positivity throughout the community. What You’ll Do: Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities, events, and outings for residents Encourage and engage residents in programs that support social, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being Support residents in participating, including helping with setup, cleanup, and transportation within the community Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to create a vibrant and fulfilling calendar of events Bring a positive, enthusiastic energy to every activity What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas and activities Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in working with seniors Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in activities, caregiving, or customer service Why Join The Iris Senior Living?
