We’re looking for Lead Cook (Cook 1) professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska. What You’ll Do Create complete meals, individual dishes, and specialized meals, considering dietary restrictions and allergies. Maintain food quality, portion sizes, and determine food proportions for consistently excellent dishes. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards. Manage kitchen operations, including supervising 2nd and 3rd cooks and assisting with team training. Collaborate in menu creation and standardization, planning menus, estimating food requirements, and monitoring supplies.
