Direct Support Professionals at Royal Community Support help individuals with developmental disabilities integrate into the community. The DSP must be able to address the dynamic ever-changing needs of the individuals they support and promote a climate of compassion, understanding, and realization of those individual's dreams.PT Schedule: Tues & Thurs : 11 am-1 pm (6 hrs) very flexibleLocation: Ocean County - Lanka Harbor - Lacey TownshipRate of pay : $24 p/hrGoal: introduce the individual to do things other than playing video games etc. Bowling, visit local establishments, etc. Anything that is fun and engaging for this individual.
