Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into production. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures. Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the facility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
