Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.Description:The Part Time Assistant Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
