Avalon Wellness Living - Sign-On Bonus: $2,000Avalon Wellness Living is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) to provide clinical oversight, support individualized care, and contribute to the behavioral health documentation and billing process within our residential program.This is a key clinical role supporting residents as they stabilize and grow in a wellness-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Oregon documentation standards, trauma-informed care, and the behavioral health billing process.Key Responsibilities:Conduct mental health assessments, treatment plans, and service notes in compliance with OARs and payer requirementsProvide individual and group therapeutic interventions using trauma-informed practicesGuide direct care and QMHA staff with clinical insight, de-escalation, and intervention planningMaintain detailed, timely, and billable documentation that aligns with Medicaid and commercial insurance billing standardsCoordinate with external providers, case managers, and family members when appropriateParticipate in audits, quality improvement, and staff developmentEnsure services are aligned with person-centered care plans and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Must meet Oregon’s QMHP qualifications, including:Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral science fieldMust be a CERTIFIED QMHPMHACBO registration preferred or ability to obtain upon hireFamiliarity with Medicaid billing standards and clinical documentation requirementsStrong written communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamMust pass background check and meet all hiring requirementsWhy Join Avalon:Competitive compensation based on experienceFull benefits: health, dental, vision401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous PTO and wellness leaveOpportunity to work in a mission-driven, growth-oriented organizationSign-On Bonus Pay Structure: $1,000 paid after 60 days of successful employment and $1,000 after 6 months.
