This is a 6-12 month development program where you will work under an established, top-producing mentor agent and have access to training and resources to ensure your future success as an agency owner. Youll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans. You will also have direct access to all of the training specialists in our district. From the very beginning, you will earn as you learn even if you dont have any previous insurance sales experience.
