Bemana is searching for a Senior Pump Field Service Technician in the Allison Park, PA area. Our client is a national leader in pump systems, maintenance, and repair services for commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. The Senior Pump Field Service Technician is responsible for providing expert-level service, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various pump, water & wastewater systems in the field.What We OfferUp to $40/hour, depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we can request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.Company-provided vehicle, tools, PPE, and travel reimbursement for field assignments.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; and optional supplemental policies.401(k) and Roth retirement plan with 100% company match on the first 3%, plus 0.5% on the 4th and 5th%.PTO: Start with 3 weeks, with potential to accrue up to 5 weeks annually.Strong career development culture with mentorship, technical training, and advancement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, align, and commission new pump systems at customer sites.Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service for centrifugal, submersible, and positive displacement pumps.Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues; perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and customer communications.Lead complex field projects and provide mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.Qualifications10+ years of field service experience with water and wastewater pump systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pump hydraulics, components, and alignment.Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Skilled in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications (Hydraulic Institute or equivalent) preferred.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).Application ProcessIf your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.If your experience does not match this job description, we still encourage you to reach out to one of our recruiters, so we can learn about your professional aspirations for future job openings.About BemanaBemana provides recruiting services to the nation’s equipment and industrial sectors.
