Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels. Oversees and maintains the following departmental programsDirects, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste.Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departmentsEnthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame.Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds Answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needsOversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspectionsManages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needsCoordinates improvement and remodeling of facilitiesReceives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into ProcureIT for all departmentsMaintains remote shipment supplies return Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise All you need is:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum – Three years working experience in facility maintenance.Ability to lift 50lbsBasic computer and Microsoft comprehensionAbility to work independentlySalary Range is $20.00 - 25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.Sonic Healthcare USA, reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
