LOCATION: 760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY
HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday

In this role, you will:
Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds. Responsible for warehouse inventory orders, office supply orders, stocking and managing inventory levels.
Oversees and maintains the following departmental programs
- Directs, coordinates, and plans essential central services such as security, cleaning, D.I Water System, pest control, Avanti Market, and bio hazard waste.
- Assist Procurement team in receiving, stocking, and rotating products for all departments
- Enthusiastically performs miscellaneous duties with completion in a designated time frame.
- Maintains upkeep of buildings and grounds Answers inquiries regarding inventory availability and daily needs
- Oversees all facilities quarterly and annual building inspections
- Manages all electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing, flooring, site generators, painting and lighting needs
- Coordinates improvement and remodeling of facilities
- Receives, stocks, rotates and enters all products into ProcureIT for all departments
- Maintains remote shipment supplies return Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum - Three years working experience in facility maintenance.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension
- Ability to work independently

Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
