Job Title: Personal Lines Account ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: 50K-65KJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support Servicing accounts in every aspect (billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc) Experience with Home, Auto, Umbrella,etc and knowledge of major carriers and non-standard Full knowledge of insurance products, coverages and rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and service the policies of clients and/or prospects. Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates This position is in office Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in personal lines insurance Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer focused mindset with a problem solving attitude Please submit a resume for consideration.
