Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: La Crosse
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + benefits
What You'll Do:
- Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines business, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Work closely with producers to retain clients and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to process changes, quote coverage, and resolve billing or policy issues
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an independent agency setting
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with insurance systems (Applied Epic experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a client-first attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Flexible work environment (hybrid possible)
