Job Summary As a Lead Sales Administrator this person will be responsible for helping the sales team drive sales, be part of the bid/post bid process, prospect for leads, and cultivate relationships with customers. This individual must be able to multitask, be adaptive, and use critical thinking methods to develop best practices within the bidding process. This person must be dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join the sales team. Innovative products and services are at the foundation of Oldcastle, and this position will support our market-leading construction products in the constantly evolving and growing construction industry. Job Location This is an onsite position at our Lawrenceville, GA office. Job Responsibilities This person’s main responsibility will be to execute requests for quotations, orders, and lead times for customers. This individual will coordinate with other departments in handling projects and providing service to customers for the entire sales team. Serve as the administrator owner for Salesforce CPQ, Leads, and reporting services to maximize business value for specified sales TeamLead efforts to improve quoting speed, pricing governance, post bid announcement tracking and template accuracy to enable scalable growthPartner with Sales to refine CPQ business processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standardsIdentify opportunities to leverage new growth Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, sales (or equivalent experience).2+ years Salesforce platform experience, or similar.2+ years of hands-on Salesforce, reporting services, or similar quoting experience.Product and pricing data modelsPricing methods (list, cost-plus, percent of total, etc.)Quote templates and document generationApproval flows and governance structuresExperience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP and understanding of construction productsSalesforce Administrator certification preferred; CPQ Specialist or CPQ Advanced Admin certification strongly valued.Strong customer orientation, with the ability to prioritize business needs, manage trade-offs, and deliver measurable outcomes.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify CPQ system inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
