We are changing how care is delivered by bringing together people like you: compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated to make a differenceThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.**Daily Pay Available**Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate OT rehabilitation plan.Help Residents to improve their mobility.Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.Maintains a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
