Design Your Future at PVHAccount Executive II (Dress Furnishings Group) - PVHThe Account Executive II will be responsible for national brands and/or private brands, managing the business to achieve both sales plans, shipping goals and profitability targets of the division.Responsibilities:Serve as primary contact for select accounts Actively develop, present, monitor, and react to sales plans that deliver top-line and bottom-line growth (retail OTB, item tracking, and forecasting). Partner with both retail and demand planning teams regarding in season performance, future season sell in strategies, reacting to business weekly Foster an alliance between the buyer, planner, and associates in Buying Office.  Manage and report both internally and externally financial shipping estimates, updated order files, and retailer's open to buy Secure orders and ensure proper flow of information is reflected, including delivery dates, style information, costing, and order style adjustments. Manage co-op requests and approvals; update manager and finance monthly with adjustments in flow of spend or financial changes to planned annual budget Travel to account store locations and buying offices to ensure execution of product on floor is correct and manage any location/visual issues. Communicate retailers’ feedback to direct manager and VP of Sales regarding market feedback, competitive product, and any relevant opportunities voiced by retailers to successfully fulfill the account needs. Create and present customized seasonal business plans/proposals to retailers that align to division goals and sales objectives Identify regional merchandise needs and share insights with Design, Planning, and Sales Partner with Retail Development Team monthly and quarterly to share updates on current business and future season strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 6 to 8 years’ of experience as a Buyer, Assistant Buyer, Account Executive or Planner Ability to participate in store visits Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong math and analytical skills Excel and Power Point Able to lead a presentation with confidence Flexibility with schedule for market calendar and special projects This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
