Whether working remotely or in-person, we strive to make every day fun and engaging; from team lunches to trivia competitions to local outings, there is always something exciting happening at KnowBe4.Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.The SMB Renewal Specialist is responsible for coordinating with SMB CSMs and customers to provide pricing quotes for renewals and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities.Responsibilities: Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunitiesCoordinate with SMB CSMs and Account Managers to strategize on renewals, add-on and upsells for their customers to maximize bookingsBe proactive when conducting discovery with customers on opportunities and handle any objections to ensure predictability of successfully closing those opportunitiesNegotiate with customers on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal termsEmploy pricing strategies that meet the Company’s standards, policies, and proceduresGenerate pricing quotes for renewalsManage your assigned 30, 60, and 90 day opportunity pipeline, weekly and daily forecasts and meet regularly with the Renewal Specialist Regional Director to reviewThoroughly and accurately complete deal sheets in Salesforce for each opportunityMeet and exceed bookings targets and quotasMaintain impeccable administration of your opportunities in the Company’s CRM  Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferredExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferredFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldPrevious sales or negotiation experience Strong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsSuperior customer service skillsStrong collaborative and team work skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to build rapport with customers via phone, email and video conferencing Our Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, certification completion bonuses, and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
