Whether working remotely or in-person, we strive to make every day fun and engaging; from team lunches to trivia competitions to local outings, there is always something exciting happening at KnowBe4.Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.Responsibilities:Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunitiesCoordinate with Mid-Market CSMs to strategize on renewals and add-ons/upsells needed for those renewals, to maximize bookingsBe proactive when conducting discovery with customers on opportunities and handle any objections to ensure predictability of successfully closing those opportunitiesNegotiate with customers on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal termsEmploy pricing strategies that meet the Company's standards, policies, and proceduresGenerate pricing quotes for renewalsManage your assigned 30, 60, and 90 day opportunity pipeline, weekly and daily forecasts and meet regularly with the Mid-Market Renewal Specialist Director to review and strategizeThoroughly and accurately complete the 6 month deal sheets in Salesforce for each opportunityMeet and exceed bookings targets and quotasMaintain impeccable administration of your opportunities in the Company's CRMMinimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferredExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferredFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldPrevious sales or negotiation experienceStrong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsSuperior customer service skillsStrong collaborative and team work skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to build rapport with customers via phone, email and video conferencingWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.Individuals seeking employment at KnowBe4 are considered without prejudice to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
