We’re looking for a line cook to join our team Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, beverages, excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment. You're someone who’s always ready to lend a hand and brings a positive attitude to every shift. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, helpful, and responsive support to the entire back-of-house crew.What you’ll do:Keep the kitchen/BOH space in pristine clean and organized shapeLearn maman’s recipes and follow the recipe book’s instructionsAlways ensure consistency in quality and esthetics of maman’s dishesOccasionally assist the various BOH teams during slow timesMaintain safety standards while adhering to maman’s policies and proceduresGreat communication with the BOH teamWhat we're looking for:You have line cook experience & are an experienced back of house professional You have great kitchen skillsYou know when to keep your head down and concentrate during a rush shift.
