Sales Representative - Orange, NJAbout UsGA Rogers + Associates is working with a fast-growing restoration services company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. This firm has a different business model; we focus on volume, offer larger commissions to our sales team, and build long-term relationships that provide a continuous stream of income.The Role We're looking for an ambitious and motivated sales professional to build and manage a network of loyal referral partners. Your mission is to establish trust with professionals who can send restoration jobs our way, making us their go-to partner.Key Referral Partners Include:Public adjustersPlumbers Property managers Insurance brokersOther industry professionals who can refer jobs  Why This is a Great OpportunityThis is not a typical sales job. We have structured this role for massive earning potential and long-term success.Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn a 25% commission on every single job you bring in, with no cap. A Powerful Competitive Edge: We empower you with the flexibility to offer significant kickbacks to your referral partners (up to 15-20%), far exceeding the industry standard of 10%. This helps you win business.Exceptional Income Structure: Even after giving a 15% kickback to a partner, you still keep 10% for yourself.High-Value Partnerships: A single strong referral partner can generate $600K-$1M+ in revenue annually, translating to $150K-$250K in commission for you each year from that one relationship.Build Your Future: Once you secure a strong partner, the jobs keep coming in, creating a source of passive income for years to come. Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking candidates who can leverage existing relationships and hit the ground running.Preferred Backgrounds (Ranked by Priority):Restoration Sales Professionals: You have worked in restoration sales and have established connections with key referral partners (plumbers, public adjusters, property managers, etc.). You can bring customers or leads from a previous role.Plumbing Supply Sales: You have experience in plumbing supply or distribution sales and possess strong, existing relationships with plumbers who can become referral partners.Former Insurance/Independent Adjusters: You have strong connections within the public adjuster community and can leverage those relationships to generate restoration referrals.Property Management Sales: You have a background in selling services or products to property managers or large multi-unit building owners, with established access to key decision-makers.Universal Requirements:Proven B2B sales ability, including prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.Motivated, self-driven, and relentless in pursuing new relationships.Resilient, outgoing, and motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market.Comfortable and confident communicating with professionals like plumbers, public adjusters, and property managers.Able to sell based on value, not just on priceReady to put in the work now for a significant long-term payoff.If you are a career sales professional with a proven track record of cold outreach and building a territory from scratch, we encourage you to apply.
