With over 26 years of proven experience, we've helped clients across a wide range of industries accelerate growth, increase revenue, and expand their market presence.The Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care's presence within the community. This role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfactionEducate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care providesBuild and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referralsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territoryRecord and manage customer data accurately within a CRM systemMeet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commissionWhat We Offer:Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission10 paid holidays2 weeks of PTOHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) (after 1 year)Qualifications:Self-starter with a strong work ethicFriendly, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with othersMotivated and results-oriented with a drive for successInnovative and open to new ideasFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesOutside sales experience preferred but not requiredMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningSchedule:Monday through Friday, typical business hoursFor more information about Sales Focus Inc., visit www.salesfocusinc.com.
