Job SummaryTo efficiently and profitably manage and direct ramp activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers. The expected pay rate is $67,000/yearly. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays. Your activitiesResponsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damageAccountable for daily operationsMaintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standardsMaintain good relations with customers and airport authoritiesManage and control all staff assignmentsHold daily briefings with all levels of managementProvide support to front line managementCoach and train all employees to effectively improve operationsEnsure workforce adherence to company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedYour profileHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
