Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn Position Overview: Alkami provides Digital Banking services to a broad range of Financial institutions. Our partner program facilitates mutually beneficial relationships that help our customers gain better access to the services they need. We offer a variety of partner levels to optimize our support of third party vendors and products. The Partner Relationship Manager II is the strategic interface between partners and Alkami. Responsibilities include identifying new partner products, ensuring the Alkami sales team is equipped to sell partner products, aligning Alkami product managers with partners, and the overall success of partnerships. Essential Job Functions: Identify and evaluate strategic business partners that will enhance the Alkami product suite and meet the needs of customers and prospects Work with partners to identify opportunities to increase sales efficiencies and maximize the value of partner products to both prospects and internal stakeholders Work with the Alkami sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales of partner products Interface with the Alkami product team to ensure partner products have the proper support from the engineering and product teams Work closely with the Alkami compliance and legal teams to onboard new partners and partner products Ensure partners are onboarded and integrated into the Alkami product development lifecycle Help negotiate contract terms with partners Ability to navigate through partners support and escalation process to resolution Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Partner Manager, building and managing and Partner relationships with SaaS companies focused on the financial services space. Bachelor's degree 5+ years of relevant experience Experience managing, selling or deploying software for Banks Team player experienced in working with different company verticals Experience and comfort level working with C- level executives at companies ranging from startup to the fortune 500 Excellent communication skills with a strong business acumen and negotiation abilities Solid understanding of financial accounting / P&L with the ability to build out financial models and present to executive leadership Up to 15% travel Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company : Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
