We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a network of Social Workers, Nurses, Mental Health workers and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists for temp contract or direct hire placements. Generate leads through referrals, networking, campaigns, and other outreach efforts. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements. Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Provide support and reporting to the Staffing and Healthcare Recruitment division. What We’re Looking For: Prior healthcare recruiting experience (required) Familiarity with the healthcare staffing industry (a plus) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Motivated, goal-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment What We Offer: Paid legal holidays + PTO Competitive salary + solid commission structure Full-time position in a positive and collaborative team setting Ready to Apply?
