This is a relationship-first role — ideal for someone who knows how to build trust within local institutions and bring in talent that reflects the values and pace of our clinics.What You'll Be Doing:Build and manage referral relationships with local colleges, schools, and training programs, especially those embedded in the fabric of the communityServe as a primary recruiter for clinical support staff across various departments (not just mental health)Build rapport with principals, program directors, and job placement coordinatorsOwn candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and communicationAct as a cultural matchmaker — helping the right talent land in the right rolesWhat We’re Looking For:Warm and confident communicator who feels comfortable engaging community stakeholdersRecruiting, admissions, placement, or outreach background preferredStrong judgment and discretion — you know the kinds of people who will thrive in a value-driven, close-knit healthcare environmentSolid organizational skills and attention to detail
