Position Purpose: As a Senior Analyst in Labor Engineering, you will significantly influence in-store operations and drive large-scale, visible improvements to both associate and customer experiences while optimizing billions of dollars in payroll expenses.Your primary objective is to design, build, and maintain labor models for our store departments. How do we determine the optimal staffing levels for cashiers by time of day to expedite customer checkouts? How can we engineer models for delivery of an online order with customers shopping in-store? How can we seamlessly integrate the impact of emerging technologies like computer vision? How do we engineer models to support specialized areas such as Pro and Kitchen Design?
