We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team and ensure clients and event attendees receive a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint. As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the front line of our event marketing operations. You will represent our brand professionally while supporting clients and attendees before, during, and after events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely informationBuild and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, goals, and expectationsAssist event attendees with questions related to registrations, schedules, locations, and event detailsDeliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to enhance attendee satisfactionAddress and resolve client and customer concerns efficiently and professionallyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution and consistent communicationMaintain clear, professional communication across email, phone, and in-person interactionsKeep clients and attendees informed of event updates, changes, and important announcementsWork closely with event coordination and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and service excellence Qualifications & Requirements1+ year of customer service experience; experience in event marketing, hospitality, or marketing preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and professionallyProven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to think quickly and adapt to changing situations during live eventsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering positive experiencesEmpathy, professionalism, and the ability to handle concerns with care and confidence
