Office: Field-based Salary: $109,624.15 - $137,030.19 per year The Business Development Manager drives strategic growth by managing internal and external business partnerships. This role oversees the execution of the MJHS's strategic plan, builds and maintains relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners, and leads a team of Hospice Care Planners and Account Managers. Responsibilities include guiding referral and admission processes for Hospice and Palliative Care programs, facilitating service reviews and education, and collaborating with clinical and access teams to ensure timely, high-quality care. The position ensures all services align with organizational philosophy, goals, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: BSN required, MSN preferred3+ years experience in Medical-Surgical, Community Health, Hospice or Oncology nursing preferred.Business development and/or market development within a healthcare setting; with progressive management and/or increasing responsibilities desirable.
