Job DescriptionConsulting Skills   Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, able to define the framework and structure of deliverables, carrying out the production of complex deliverables  Manage the work, activities, and timelines of work for both their selves and their team, identifies priorities and workflows for interested parties  Utilizing a higher-level understanding of methodological concepts, coaches teammates in preparing client deliverables utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio, designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in the production of their deliverables    Present complex ideas, critical points and decisions required to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management   Perform simple and complex research and business analysis to solve for customer business challenges/issues to present unique, tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data   Manages internal team by promoting teamwork, motivate and help consultants to improve  Demonstrate credibility and legitimacy with client, capable of challenging client approaches and provide new directions, allowing the customer to evolve and deepens relationship  Defines the project framework and organization, managing one or different projects at a time, guarantees the follow-up of these assignments   Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health      Responsible for the work streams of a complex project and takes the lead on simple projects   Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information  Business Expertise Skills  Support the Wealth & Asset Management practice, thought leadership, and people development activities firmwide  Lead business analysis workstreams for Wealth Management initiatives, guiding stakeholders through requirements definition, scope alignment, and solution design.Serve as a subject-matter expert across advisory, investment, and trading processes, providing strategic insights to enhance platforms and operational workflows.Conduct advanced requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.Drive project efforts related to trading workflows—including order entry, execution, allocations, settlement, and compliance—ensuring alignment across front, middle, and back-office teams.Facilitate workshops with product owners, advisors, traders, compliance, and technology teams to identify process gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate system impacts, perform gap and root-cause analyses, and recommend solutions that enhance performance and reduce risk.Lead UAT planning and execution, including test script development, scenario design, defect management, and user sign-off.Provide advisory guidance on regulatory considerations affecting Wealth Management and trading (e.g., suitability, best execution, trade surveillance).Oversee key project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, current-state and future-state architecture artifacts, and training materials.Partner closely with technology teams during design, development, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business intent and achieve desired outcomes.Manage cross-functional communication, status reporting, and risk/issue tracking, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.Support data analysis and validation efforts using advanced tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms) to confirm accuracy of trade, portfolio, and client data.Mentor junior BAs and provide guidance on requirements methodology, industry best practices, and effective stakeholder management.Qualifications5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Wealth ManagementStrong understanding of investment and advisory processes, including portfolio management, client onboarding, account maintenance, and regulatory requirements.Hands-on experience supporting projects in the trading lifecycle (order management, execution, allocations, settlement, compliance, or trade operations).Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Experience working with Wealth Management platforms, trading systems, OMS/EMS tools, or portfolio accounting systems.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workshops, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across business and technology teams.Familiarity with industry regulations affecting Wealth and trading (e.g., SEC, FINRA, Reg BI, best execution, trade surveillance).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.Excellent communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations, documentation, and status reporting.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and operate with minimal supervision in a client-facing environment.Bachelor’s degree required preferably in a Business or related field (Higher degrees are a plus)Recent client-facing management consulting experience  Financial Service background required Industry certifications (CFA, CFP, Series licenses, CBAP, PMP, etc.) a plus.Additional InformationCompensation & Benefits We believe in supporting our
