Primary Skills:Content Strategy-Expert, Data Analysis-Advanced, Copywriting-Expert, Stakeholder Engagement-Advanced, Workflow Management-Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Location: Seattle, WA(4 days #LI-Onsite) Duration:4 months Pay Range:$65 - $69 Per Hour #LP JOB SUMMARY: As a Senior Analyst, Content Strategy supporting Digital Employee Experience initiatives at a leading corporate enterprise, you will be at the heart of enhancing the user-centric product experiences for a vast employee and cast member base through data-driven insights and innovative communication strategies. This role involves working closely with diverse teams to ideate, define, and implement content strategies that profoundly resonate with various employee segments while aligning with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in creating tailored, impactful content and strategies to elevate the employee experience across the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop and refine the content strategy to support DEE initiatives, identifying content gaps and aligning with business and employee needs. Understand key segment and audience requirements, producing actionable content to boost adoption and usability. Navigate and improve content production workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Translate data insights into strategic content recommendations, supporting business objectives. Engage with stakeholders for feedback on content, maintaining a continuous improvement loop for content strategy and effectiveness. Must have Skills Demonstrated experience in content strategy and digital media. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, or digital media is preferred. Familiarity with large enterprise intranets and employee-focused communications.
