As senior manager of Always-On Social Media, you will lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of Starbucks' social media presence, building on our strong foundation to deepen cultural relevance and amplify the iconic elements of our brand. You'll be at the forefront of how Starbucks shows up in the worldtranslating brand, consumer, and cultural insights into compelling content that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and builds brand love.As a senior manager, Social Content & Strategy, you willBring the Starbucks brand obsession to life through the lens of social, modernizing an iconic brand through innovative, highly creative content across channels every day.Lead the strategy and execution of daily social content across platforms, ensuring it reflects Starbucks' brand voice and resonates with culture.Elevate Starbucks' presence in culture by identifying and acting on real-time opportunities, trends, and moments that matter to our customers.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop and publish content that drives brand relevance and earned media.Use insights to inform strategy, leveraging data, trends, and performance metrics to continuously optimize content and channel approach.Champion creative storytelling, bringing fresh ideas and bold thinking to how we show up in the digital world.We'd love to hear from people with:7+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketingProven ability to lead and execute real-time, culturally relevant social campaignsStrong writing and editorial skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and toneExperience managing social media teams or agenciesDeep understanding of social platforms, trends, and emerging technologiesA passion for culture, creativity, and communityAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. This list is subject to change depending on collective bargaining in locations where partners have a certified bargaining representative.*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
