This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a lasting impact.What You'll DoAs our Regional Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our after-school and camp programs, ensuring they're safe, enriching, and inspiring. You'll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators.
