Position Overview DRIPLOC, LLC is hiring for an Entry Level Sales Position. This is a full time, on-site position. Previous sales experience is not required, but experience with handling outbound calls is preferred. All training and product knowledge will be provided while on the job. DRIPLOC is looking for someone who can stay on task independently, is self-motivated, driven for success, and someone who can stay positive. If this is you, we would love to have you join our team Job Responsibilities: Conduct OUTBOUND calls to prospective clients Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects Generate sales through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads Set appointments or close deals with clients Meeting or exceeding weekly sales targets set by management team Serves customers by educating and selling products specifically designed to help meet their needs Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers Quote and submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports Work Hours and Benefits: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm (potential flexible schedule) Full Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Available for Full Time Employees Holiday Pay and Time Off Vacation, Sick Time and Bereavement Time Off 401K Retirement and Company Match Base Pay Every Other Week With Quarterly Bonuses Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills: Customer service Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Networking aptitude Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality Goal Oriented is a MUST Meeting sales goals Prospecting skills Self-confidence Product knowledge Presentation skills Maintaining client relationships Must speak clearly and professionally Must work well with others and in a team environment Employment Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must pass background check Must have professional experience Must possess good communication skills Duties Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills: Customer service Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Networking aptitude Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality Goal Oriented is a MUST Meeting sales goals Prospecting skills Self-confidence Product knowledge Presentation skills Maintaining client relationships Must speak clearly and professionally Must work well with others and in a team environment Employment Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must pass background check Must have professional experience Must possess good communication skills
