About Advantage Home Care Advantage Home Care is a trusted leader in non-medical home care, providing personal care, homemaker assistance, and a broad range of community-based services to those in need. Founded in 1980, the Advantage family of companies has proudly delivered compassionate, dependable care to Midwestern families for more than 30 years. About the Role – Outside Sales Representative The Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care’s presence within the community. This role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services. This is a Full-Time, Business to Consumer (B2C) role meeting and speaking with potential prospects in the field. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Educate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care provides Build and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission What We Offer Competitive base pay/monthly expense allowance plus uncapped commission 10 paid holidays 2 weeks of PTO Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) (after 1 year) Qualifications Self-starter with a strong work ethic Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with others Motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success Innovative and open to new ideas Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Outside sales experience preferred but not required Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Schedule Monday through Friday, typical business hours
