This paperwork is prepared by Community Managers and must be reviewed for completeness and accuracy within a time frame. Read and understand regulatory agreements and handbooks, and organize compliance requirements for Tax Credit, HUD, RD along with any other State funding per property. Qualifications High School education or equivalentAble to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formYou have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and softwareAble to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property We’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
